Fully stocked kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher. Granite countertops. Private waterfront backyard with fire pit, Propane Grill. Swim from private dock with minimal boat traffic in a no wake zone. Bring your boat / jet skis. New U dock recently installed. Plenty of parking for your boat trailer and vehicles. Marina is 5 minutes away and offer boat rentals. Free state boat ramp only 5 minutes away also. Canoes and paddle board available to use (must provide own life vests. Mandatory for children) Plenty to do in historic Ticonderoga. Golf course nearby.
